The officers of Claremont Homes,
Inc., have a long history of home-building experience in Northern
California. Since 1986, Claremont Homes, Inc., its affiliates,
and/or predecessors have developed, built, or have under construction

of Brentwood, Fremont, Livermore, Martinez, Pleasant Hill, Oakley,
